  Packing blues

Hmmmm, just a normal thursday as usual.

Slept at 1am and woke up before my alarm was set to ring at 7:30am, I saw the sky still dark, so I went back to sleep. Then woke up at 7:50 to msg Elmi to wake up and I went back to lie for another 10min, but ended up lying for like 20min. LATE !!! arghhhhh

Tried to halt a cab but it's the rush hour so no cab. Crossed over to take 60 change 30. In the end late 30 min. Elmi was even earlier than me....hai....

So tired after lunch, went to sleep in 119 while Bel & Sendy were practicing. Tuned up Charlotte Church latest Tissues & Issues album as I closed my eyes to rest.

Went for mainstudy, apparently Tim seems to be suffering from sever mood swings. He saw Alex & Me then he questioned where's VJ. His face turned black straight away and he said "Who does he think he is? He's new here and he's LATE?" And within a split second after he saw Alex & I looking so shocked and stunned, he suddenly laughed and said "Come'on, I was just joking!" phew.....scary, think he's out to torture us...

Then Nic, VJ, Alex & I including him wrote an 8 bar melody. I think I'm too classical rather than pop when writing straight away on paper. I was imagining a broadway stage show when writing.

Learned a lot from Tim today, in terms of melody writing, structure, form etc etc. Happy

World percussion also very fun!. Alex got sore eyes so I guess he went back to rest. Must remember to photocopy the scores for Joanna & Elmi. Yeah! Elmi joining for Monday's Aural class too! If not only me & Amanda two girls very sad.....
