  Doctor says...

1) Cultivate good habit and wash your face 4 times a day
2) DO NOT blot your face with blotters, just rinse with water and wipe off
3) DO NOT EVER squeeze those annoying pimples
4) DO NOT EVER apply any products onto the face
5) NEVER EVER go for facials

Went to the famous Ponggol clinic at Hougang just opposite serangoon JC. Yong Xiang recommended me there. Dr. Chan told me will take about 4 months. Good grief, that's quite fast already I think. He gave me nimegen, one bottle of blue cleanser & cream to apply. Hope to see my face heal fast...

I will be saving lotsa lotsa lotsa $$$ already cause doctor says I don't need to apply another products unless I want those acne back... hai.. still got so much products left, dunno what to do with them.

Maybe should use on my hands and feet, keep them soft and moisturized... sighzz... maybe it's the stress that's causing it... oh well...
