  Condemning the Tauzia or some stupid fucking name la

it's going to be two months and I have yet to get my full refund for an unsuccessful batam get away.

Fucking tell me no refund and no such thing as cancellation. somemore what must put room deposit or some stupid shit.

I'm utterly upset and pissed with the service and it's my first and last time contacting them. I rather pay more than to receive such stupid shit treatment. It's useless to have just a nice office but poor service babe. Just a facet...

U're blacklisted and I shall spread to my other friends and warn them about using your service. ARGH!

I bloody hell just want my $110 back.

It's close to two months since I waited for the refund.

Two unsuccessive trips down. 1st to be told off that the person is not around to sign a cheque when u idiotically said give back cash. So When I went back on the 16th August to get the cheque since u said u'll get it prepared, u're not around and *BAM* I was sent home empty handed AGAIN.

Third time U gave me cash but only $150? what fuck is that? U PROMISED FULL REFUND if not I'm going down to CASE and make hell loads of NOISES till I get my remaining $110.

SIMPLY FUCKING PISSED.
