  Thomson Jazz Club Big Band Bash

Rare Occasion to have all 3 bands playing for a 2 hour non stop concert @ the lovely botanical gardens.

Love all those standards played. All of you are awesome!

Enjoyed a nice afternoon under the hot sun though, with Mr. Fabs aka the Grouch.

Loads of people there, picnicking, if it were a concert, definitely sold out.

Much better than Duke Ellington's concert @ Esplanade recently. Comparatively, duke's new generatin of band members were not as tight as our locals. Hail and support local jazz please.

Christy is the best bassist around. With him, everyone is confident and sound good.

Gonna rehearse my songs soon. Looking forward to a good recorded recital. Not looking much forward to the Raffles Hotel thingy for Lasalle being Lasalle, sure cock up or screw up somewhere. Well.... Let's just close our eyes and pray (ps. though praying doesn't help)
