  HOUSE!

Been researching about housing these two days... ...

Spent like 2 hours after dinner today with Fabs looking through all the rules and regulations.

Hahahaha

I love Punggol, too bad the TreeLodge@ Punggol received 4.5times the application limit. The loft is cool but indicative priced as high as resale 5-room and executive flats. Love the 4 rooms but sold out. It's the 1st eco friendly estate.

Luckily, HDB will be releasing similar projects later part of this year of 2007, the BTO projects. Punggol Vista is out, for the standard furnishing pricings are just not as worth it as the premium ones.

I'm keeping a hawk's eyes out for nice good flats in Punggol!
