Nice Reunion Nice things happening
Just came back to punggol today, after a superbly long weekend at Fabs place since the weekend.
The good news is, I WON AN IPOD SHUFFLE for participating in LASALLE_SIA graduate survey! Woo hoo!!! What luck!
Fabs had his D&D at Grand Copthorne last saturday and I stayed over the free hotel room that night. =) nice!
Fabs had been extra nice since the quarrel, which is good, since he's always insensitive and out to irritate me. He's still irritating but still bearable. I'm officially known as Fabian & partner since all his events always invites "partner". Compass dinner on the 25th May, hope I meet Gaylin and J.Mon there too.
Jacob managed to get a slot for my originals to be performed during the Singapore Arts Fest in June. So NICE of Jacob right?! Then maybe get Rizal to do up a demo in KL.
Annabel's back! And it has been sooooooo looooong since I met Sendy, pretty as ever. I got nice chocolate biscuits Honey comb something which is very nice! Bring more back for me k!
Ok, the recital that elmi and I are combining has no obstacles this time! I enforced that all exam students must perform if not the lesson is still charged! Muahahaha very damn good idea from meow. LOL. I should be confirming 15 students this round.
Jeremy's 1st year program is done too, I'm doing the 2nd now. He's amazing to get Vince Corozine Music , Author of "Arranging Music for the Real World" from America to endorse his program. Not only him, but also Dai Kimoto & the Swing Kids, catch them from youtube here:
www.youtube.com/?v=EKc90_428Hw . too bad he doesn't has an english site, everything is written either in Jap or Swedish.
Also, we're trying to get fund from creativecommunity to help fund. So Elmi... I need your CV!! Trying to rope in Candy to teach the Violin classes too! It's tiring to write a book, cause a lot of time and energy is required. Well, the results are definitely satisfying. I'm hoping to use all this materials for advance standing in future if I need to. haha
Well, all now is waiting for Fab to change job when he's ready. Preferably relocate to overseas and I'll follow him while still doing this Jazz Prodigy thingy. =) *the idea is actually to get married and like start a family without his side of family around to nag* LOL, I'm not being mean to make such a comment, for it is his side that is the picky one. Irony is I'm the girl lo, and my side should be more picky.
!@#@$%$%&%^*
I hope Fabs converts to being like a full time player gigging around. I seriously don't mind getting a trio or four piece band and gig at night. At least, you're better paid per hour than being an engineer.... =p
