  Oktober!

Missed the fest this year with meow as it's too last min. Fabs had work to do and I had proposal to write.

Reading Pastor Joseph Prince's "Destined to Reign" and finished Erin Gruwell's "Teach with you Heart".

I'm seriously recommending Erin Gruwell's book that will make anyone tear and cry as he/she reads it. Her accomplishment in life only reflects the super ugly side of Singaporeans who doesn't wish to work hard yet want high pay type; those who are selfish and thinks the world revolves around them (infact all your Gen X) are like that etc etc.

Should catch her show "The Freedom Writers" on HBO too, a damn good show starring Hilary Swank that was a movie version of Ms G aka Gruwell's book.

Well, there are people who thinks being happy is all but psychologically or subconciously, they are just people who are selfish and afraid to face up to challenges and face consequences in life, like a caterpillar spunning a cocoon and shielding itself from the world by hiding inside; it's sad but dad always quotes Confusious: 严己宽人. To be stringent on oneself and be benevolent to others.

Ms's G real life efforts to impart tolerance and importance to reach out to the community, especially the diversified community in America is something that should insipre us to learn from.

It is seriously a highly recommended Non-Fiction book for people who wishes a different taste in book content from their usual appetite.

For the non Christians, Pastor's Prince book is also a book highly recommended if you're looking at answers to the religion in a more logical and impartial way. He speaks of wisdom and preaches grace but ultimately choice is upon the individual as how the almighty gave each human being a choice in life. =) If you believe, you'll live right and you're destined to reign in your life and I truly believe these words that I'm reigning my life doing what I'm passionate in and yet be able to life comfortably and without sickness.

Fabs mum is into this marraige preparation program thingy that eh... I just not interested in marriage at this point of time in my life. Unless I want a kid then I'll get married if not the life that I'm living with Fabs now, it doesn't differ from married.

Fabs don't understand certain things but oh well, 船到桥头自然直。
